CHURCHThe church at Higueronal is growing and impacting the community! Ruben, the Higueronal church minister, has made agreements with Panama government and health officials for a large scale community wedding, held in the Mission Clinics International Multi-Use building. This is an initiative to grow the sanctity of marriage in the community surrounding Higueronal and to formalize the many common law relationships in the area.

DATES: July 22 - August 1
PLANNED ACTIVITIES: general medical care, ultrasound examinations, dental care including extractions, evangelism through Bible studies and nightly gospel meetings, clothing distribution, construction on the project, children's ministry
COST: $700 paid to Mission Clinics International for on-ground expenses + flight cost (typically ~$500) = ~$1200
