This is a real-time, virtual visit with your provider simply using your existing mobile device or computer, from the comfort of your home, or wherever you may be. Telehealth visits cost the same as in-person visits and are covered by insurance. You will receive a phone call prior to your telehealth appointment to confirm your insurance and collect any copays. It is $35 regardless of the insurance you have, or even if you do not have insurance. The Mission Virtual Clinic (MVC) is open from 7 am-7 pm. If you access the MVC after 7 pm, you will still be allowed to complete the virtual visit; however, you won’t receive a provider response until after 7 am the next day.
